Responsibilities
- Deliver remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Monitor system alerts and proactively address potential disruptions during night hours
- Document all support tickets, resolutions, and system changes in ITSM tools
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless cross-shift handovers
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and security patches during low-traffic periods
- Train users on best practices and provide after-hours troubleshooting guidance
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support or helpdesk experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Availability to work full-time night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
