Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve system outages, security alerts, and performance issues during night shift hours
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for cloud infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and enterprise applications
- Execute scheduled maintenance windows with zero-downtime precision
- Document incident reports, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams during critical incident escalation scenarios
- Conduct proactive system health checks and capacity planning
- Maintain compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience with night shift exposure
- Expertise in AWS/Azure cloud services and container orchestration
- Strong scripting abilities (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent process knowledge
- Proficiency in monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic, Splunk)
- CISSP or CompTIA Security+ preferred
