Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise software and cloud infrastructure
- Monitor and resolve system alerts during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Document incident tickets with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with global teams during critical system outages
- Conduct proactive system maintenance and security patching
- Mentor junior support staff during shift transitions
- Generate weekly performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support with night shift experience preferred
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network, security, and application issues
- Excellent written communication for incident documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
