Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure, servers, and cloud systems during overnight hours
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support to global clients via phone, chat, and remote access
- Execute system patching, backups, and maintenance during low-traffic windows
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and system performance metrics
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers and knowledge transfer
- Respond proactively to alerts and security incidents with SLA compliance
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support protocols and documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support experience with night shift or 24/7 operations background
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong diagnostic skills for network, hardware, and software issues
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Exceptional written communication for documentation and incident reporting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours
- Valid Hawaii driver's license and reliable transportation
