Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access
- Monitor and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud systems
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with global teams during critical system outages
- Perform preventative maintenance and system updates
- Train junior staff on support protocols and tools
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies
Qualifications
- 2+ years in IT support or helpdesk operations
- Experience with Windows/Linux systems and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
