Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain specialized diagnostic equipment during night shifts
- Provide 24/7 technical support for critical infrastructure systems
- Document equipment performance and maintenance logs

- Conduct preventative maintenance on provided hardware
- Train junior technicians on equipment protocols

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)
- Minimum 2 years in technical support or related field
- Experience with diagnostic tools and hardware troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- OSHA safety certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
