Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions in Math, Science, or English
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with California curriculum standards
- Track student progress using our proprietary learning management system
- Provide constructive feedback and progress reports to parents weekly
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address learning gaps
- Maintain 95%+ student satisfaction through dynamic teaching methods
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or current enrollment)
- CA teaching credential preferred (substitute credentials accepted)
- 2+ years experience tutoring K-12 students virtually
- Proficiency with Zoom, Google Classroom, and interactive whiteboards
- Strong diagnostic skills to identify learning barriers
- Clear background check and TB verification
- Availability for weekday evening/weekend sessions (PST)
