Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve technical issues via ticketing systems during night shift hours
- Provide remote desktop and network troubleshooting for enterprise clients
- Document incident reports and maintain accurate knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure seamless cross-shift handovers
- Conduct system health checks and preventative maintenance tasks

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in technical support or IT operations
