Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using various job boards and social media platforms.
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for open positions within our tech stack.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain candidate pipelines.
- Build and nurture a network of potential candidates in the tech industry.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and tech roles.
- Must reside within the Colorado Springs, CO area for compliance.
