Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage candidate data and pipeline status within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in the Chicago tech scene.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and social media recruiting tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to the Chicago office for occasional team meetings.
