Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit technical candidates (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT) using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from job posting to offer letter.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and culture fit.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and pipeline metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or HR Generalist (1+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the Dallas tech market and recruitment methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
