Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and market research to identify qualified candidates for open technical roles.
- Screen incoming resumes and conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, including job posting creation and candidate coordination.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of candidates for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and provide market insights.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates regarding their application status and interview experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (Backend, Frontend, DevOps, etc.).
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Must reside in the Atlanta, Georgia metropolitan area.
