Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and place top-tier technical candidates for engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche technical communities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer acceptance
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Optimize recruitment processes using our ATS (Greenhouse) and data-driven insights
- Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs
- Partner with HR on employer branding initiatives within the Dallas tech ecosystem
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven track record of closing senior-level technical positions in competitive markets
- Expert knowledge of Dallas tech talent landscape and sourcing channels
- Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Strong technical acumen to evaluate candidates for complex engineering roles
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with remote recruitment processes and virtual interviewing
