Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging qualified technical candidates across multiple channels
- Managing full recruitment lifecycle from screening to offer negotiation

Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with software engineering roles
- Proven expertise in passive candidate sourcing and outreach
- Strong technical understanding of development stacks (Java, Python, cloud technologies)

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
