Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified technical candidates through advanced sourcing strategies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from screening to offer negotiation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
- Utilize ATS systems to track applicants and maintain recruitment pipelines
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidate skills/qualifications

Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in IT/software roles
- Proven success in sourcing hard-to-fill technical positions
- Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other sourcing platforms
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, cloud, DevOps)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Remote work experience with demonstrated self-discipline
