Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-to-senior level technical roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and social platforms to identify passive candidates in the Baltimore tech market and beyond.
- Interview Management: Conduct technical screeners and behavioral interviews to assess candidate skills, culture fit, and technical proficiency.
- Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of candidates for current and future openings.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and engineering leads to define hiring needs and create compelling job descriptions.
- Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and a transparent recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically in the technology sector.
- Location: Must reside in or willing to work remotely from Baltimore, Maryland.
- Technical Aptitude: Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (e.g., Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science).
- ATS Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
