Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates via phone and video.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and professional networks to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage candidate data accurately within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Research market salary trends and competitor activities to ensure we offer competitive packages.
- Collaborate with the team to refine job descriptions and employer branding messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and engineering roles.
- Valid work authorization for the United States.
