Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures supporting 10,000+ qubit systems
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid frameworks for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Create error correction protocols for 2026 quantum hardware specifications
- Lead quantum algorithm integration into production AI/ML pipelines
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define next-gen quantum chip requirements
- Author quantum security architectures for post-quantum cryptography migration
- Present quantum system blueprints to C-suite and government quantum initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry R&D
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Experience with quantum hardware constraints (cryogenic, coherence, etc.)
- Track record of leading quantum projects from concept to deployment
