Responsibilities
- Develop and execute client onboarding strategies to maximize product adoption
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues to ensure retention
- Analyze customer usage data to identify upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback
- Manage a portfolio of 50+ enterprise clients
- Prepare and present quarterly business reviews
- Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce and HubSpot
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years experience in customer success or account management
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with SaaS products preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
