- Develop and execute strategic success plans for key accounts

Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS customer success experience
- Proven track record of achieving client retention targets (90%+)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills

- Experience with remote work and asynchronous collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
