- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly data reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and optimize workflows
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven error rates below 0.1%
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
