- Accurate Data Entry: Input, update, and maintain customer and account information into our centralized database with a 99.9% accuracy rate.
- Data Verification: Cross-reference and verify information to ensure consistency and correctness across all platforms.
- File Management: Organize and manage both electronic and physical files, ensuring they are easily retrievable and properly archived.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular audits of entered data to identify and rectify errors before they impact business operations.
- Communication: Collaborate with the operations team to resolve discrepancies and provide status updates on data projects.
- Compliance: Adhere to company data security protocols and confidentiality agreements at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace; experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Tech Savvy: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and maintain focus during long data processing sessions.
