Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop/laptop problems, including OS configurations and application errors
- Document all support cases in ticketing systems with detailed resolution steps
- Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up virtual workstations
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex technical challenges
- Conduct routine system maintenance and security updates
- Train end-users on company software and best practices
Qualifications
