Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support via phone, email, and remote access
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Document all interactions in ticketing systems with detailed notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex problem-solving
- Conduct system updates and security patches remotely
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in remote/hybrid environments
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, macOS, and cloud platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network diagnostics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
