Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems, security incidents, and system malfunctions
- Document all support tickets using ServiceNow with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements
- Train end-users on new software deployments and security protocols
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and software licenses
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical credentials
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong diagnostic skills and experience with ticketing systems
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional on-site visits
