Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support via phone, chat, and remote desktop tools
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Document solutions in ITSM systems and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with security teams on incident response and threat mitigation
- Onboard new employees with device setup and training
- Optimize IT operations through automation and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with remote work proficiency
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server and endpoint management
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- Excellent problem-solving with minimal supervision
- Ability to work flexible hours covering US time zones
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
