Tanggung Jawab
- Provide remote technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, security, and performance problems
- Install and configure workstations, laptops, and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Maintain compliance with security protocols and data protection standards
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience in IT support/helpdesk roles
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and cloud-based applications
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network, hardware, and software issues
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
