Responsibilities
- Deliver remote technical support for enterprise clients via phone, chat, and video conferencing
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues with 95% first-call resolution
- Manage ticketing systems and maintain detailed documentation of all support activities
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy system upgrades and patches
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential technical risks
- Provide training and guidance to clients on best technology practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) and remote access tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in virtual teams
