Responsibilities
- Deliver remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Monitor and respond to after-hours incident alerts with prompt resolution
- Document all troubleshooting steps, solutions, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with global teams during critical outages and escalations
- Proactively identify system vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
- Conduct remote system maintenance and security updates during low-traffic periods
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores through empathetic communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT helpdesk or technical support roles
- Expert knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Azure) preferred
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for remote interactions
- Strong problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Comfortable working autonomously during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
