Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support via phone, chat, and remote desktop for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues including cloud infrastructure
- Document all troubleshooting steps and maintain detailed knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements
- Conduct proactive system monitoring and security patch management
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Support after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or systems administration
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote access tools
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
