Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain 24/7 network infrastructure security
- Resolve Tier 2/3 system outages during overnight hours
- Execute scheduled maintenance windows for cloud servers
- Document incident reports using Jira Service Desk
- Collaborate with global teams during cross-continental handoffs
- Conduct forensic analysis of security alerts
- Provide remote troubleshooting for enterprise applications
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support with night shift experience
- AWS/Azure certification or equivalent cloud expertise
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk/QRadar)
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP preferred
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- US citizenship required for federal compliance
