Responsibilities
- Monitor network security systems and respond to alerts during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Provide remote technical support to global clients via phone, chat, and ticketing systems

- Document incident reports and create detailed troubleshooting documentation
- Collaborate with day-shift teams during handover periods
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex technical issues remotely
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
