Responsibilities
- Screen and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews with potential hires during the night shift.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and company culture.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and coordinate the interview process.
- Update candidate records and track hiring metrics accurately.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment during night hours.
- Strong internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
