Responsibilities
- Source and Screen Candidates: Utilize Boolean search techniques and social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub) to identify qualified technical candidates.
- Conduct Technical Interviews: Assess candidate skills, technical knowledge, and cultural fit for open positions.
- SEO-Driven Recruitment: Optimize job descriptions and recruitment content for search engines to increase visibility and applicant volume.
- Manage Pipeline: Maintain a robust pipeline of active candidates and provide regular updates to hiring managers.
- Market Research: Analyze labor market trends in California to inform recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or basic web technologies is a plus.
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of how to write SEO-friendly content and meta tags.
- ATS Proficiency: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable).
