Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Cybersecurity.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure technical and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from application to offer negotiation.
- Stay current on industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven expertise using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical terminology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
