Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technical recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill roles across engineering, data science, and DevOps domains
- Optimize job descriptions and career pages using SEO best practices to increase candidate visibility by 40%
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for senior positions
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance data to continuously improve talent acquisition channels
- Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates through targeted outreach campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align recruitment content with SEO objectives
- Implement advanced sourcing techniques using Boolean strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven success in sourcing specialized tech talent
- Expert-level SEO skills with demonstrated ability to optimize content for high-volume recruitment keywords
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics tools
- Strong understanding of technical roles including software engineering, cloud architecture, and AI/ML
- Certification in SEO (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) or recruitment sourcing preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage passive candidates across multiple channels
- Experience with remote team collaboration and asynchronous work methodologies
- Portfolio showing successful SEO-driven recruitment campaigns or content optimization projects
