The Role:
You will drive the full-cycle recruitment process for our rapidly growing tech portfolio, sourcing top-tier talent from around the world while maintaining our high standards for cultural fit and technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical positions (Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Management).
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, and Boolean search strategies.
- Conduct phone screens and technical interviews, providing constructive feedback to candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate personas.
- Manage the interview process flow and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to track pipeline metrics and report on hiring KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proven ability to source and close hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of self-motivation and discipline to work effectively from a home office.
- Valid US work authorization required.
