Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions (Software Engineering, Data, QA).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify passive candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers across the US.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with department leaders to define role requirements and assess technical and cultural fit.
- Provide timely feedback and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar).
- Strong understanding of the Indianapolis and broader US tech market.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines in an urgent hiring scenario.
