Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support for enterprise clients during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM CST)
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across diverse IT infrastructures
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and monitor threat detection systems
- Document all troubleshooting processes in service management software
- Collaborate with global IT teams during critical incident escalations
- Proactively identify system vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
- Maintain 99.9% system uptime SLA for assigned client portfolio
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Strong analytical skills for complex troubleshooting in high-pressure environments
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- US citizenship required for government client projects
