Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual lessons in core subjects (Math, Science, ELA)
- Develop personalized learning plans aligned with California state standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents
- Utilize our interactive digital platform for seamless lesson delivery
- Collaborate with curriculum specialists to enhance teaching materials
- Participate in monthly professional development workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Valid California teaching credential preferred
- 2+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual classroom tools (Zoom, Google Classroom)
