Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student goals
- Monitor progress and provide detailed feedback to students and parents
- Utilize digital tools (whiteboards, simulations, assessments) to enhance learning
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address learning gaps
- Maintain accurate session logs and progress documentation
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Texas teaching certification or equivalent tutoring credentials
- 2+ years experience in K-12 education or online tutoring
- Expertise in core subjects (Math, Science, English, History) or test prep
- Proficiency with virtual tutoring platforms and digital tools
