Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, English)
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Arizona state standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed progress reports
- Utilize digital platforms (Zoom, interactive whiteboards) for dynamic sessions
- Communicate effectively with parents and educators about student needs
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- 1+ years of tutoring or teaching experience
- Strong knowledge of Arizona K-12 curriculum standards
- Proficiency with video conferencing and educational technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage students in virtual environments
- Valid Arizona teaching certificate preferred
