Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in Math, Science, English, or SAT/ACT prep
- Develop personalized learning plans aligned with student goals and school curriculum
- Track student progress and maintain detailed session documentation
- Utilize digital tools (Zoom, interactive whiteboards) for engaging instruction
- Communicate progress updates to parents and EduPrime coordinators
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance tutoring methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM, or related field
- 1+ years of tutoring/teaching experience with K-12 students
- CA teaching credential or equivalent certification preferred
- Proficiency in virtual learning platforms and digital teaching tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Background check and professional references required
- Availability for weekday evening and weekend sessions
