Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one or small group online tutoring sessions via video conferencing platforms like Zoom and Google Meet.
- Develop customized lesson plans and study guides tailored to each student's learning style and academic goals.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and session notes within our learning management system.
- Foster an engaging, positive, and encouraging learning environment that boosts student confidence.
- Communicate effectively with the educational team to ensure consistency in teaching methods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent teaching experience) is preferred.
- Strong command of the subject matter (Math, Science, English, History, or Languages).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- US work authorization and availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
