Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with K-12 curriculum standards and student learning goals
- Provide detailed progress reports and actionable feedback to students and parents
- Utilize digital tools (virtual whiteboards, screen sharing) to create immersive learning experiences
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address learning gaps and optimize teaching strategies
- Maintain accurate session logs and administrative documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience with proven results
- Expertise in Algebra, Calculus, Physics, or Chemistry for middle/high school levels
- Proficiency with virtual teaching tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, interactive whiteboards)
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
- Colorado teaching certification or equivalent educational credentials
- Background check and fingerprinting clearance required
