Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with student learning styles and curriculum standards
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents/guardians
- Utilize digital tools (whiteboards, screen sharing, etc.) for engaging instruction
- Prepare students for standardized tests and academic assessments
- Maintain accurate session records and progress documentation
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address student needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- 1+ years of teaching/tutoring experience (K-12 focus preferred)
- Strong subject expertise in Math, Science, English, or Social Studies
- Proficiency with video conferencing and digital learning tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- State teaching certification (Louisiana preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Background check clearance required
