Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and headhunting to identify qualified candidates for open technical positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and coordinating in-person or virtual interviews.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using social media, professional networks, and job boards.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics and pipeline activities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in technical recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for occasional local events (if applicable).
