Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for technical and engineering roles using various platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and job boards.
- Conducting phone screens and video interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Managing the full cycle of recruitment, from identifying talent to extending offers and onboarding.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates to ensure consistent hiring for our clients.
- Collaborating with hiring managers and team members to understand role requirements and market positioning.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to track candidate progress and maintain data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources (1-3+ years preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and social media recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high self-motivation.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles.
