- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Analyze hiring metrics and SEO performance to refine recruitment channels

- Implement employer branding strategies across digital platforms
Qualifications
- 3+ years in technical recruitment with proven track record in tech hiring
- Expert knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Experience with remote team management and virtual interview processes
