Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, QA).
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche job boards.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to refine hiring processes.
- Conduct virtual onboarding and culture integration for new hires.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
